Weaving story into art

I’m new to weaving, and have fallen head-over-treadles. What began as a way to showcase my young daughter’s beautiful handspun has grown to an obsession with expression and technique.

Pillow made from my first rigid heddle project, using mostly my daugher's handspun and some second-hand wool. Backed with dyed reclaimed linen.

Very firs project, right off the loom. So much to learn, so very proud of myself
Tea towel from my first weaving class under MargaretJane Wallace with the Burlington handweaver and Spinners Guild. Played a lot with pattern. Might have gone off the rails a bit.
